I have so many great things to say about Derrick Nichols and Williamsburg Kia! Derrick answered my questions directly and went the extra mile to get me the information I needed. Having purchased 2 other cars in the past 2 months because of accidents, looking for a third was the last thing I wanted to do, but my mother need to replace her 2006 Sonata. Williamsburg had a 2017 Sonata on the lot, and it seemed like the perfect replacement car for her. Living almost an hour away, I didn’t really think I would buy a car from them but had to check it out. The entire experience was quick and painless. Derrick was very professional and laid back, and never put on any pressure during the buying process. He had the car ready for us to pick up the next day when we went back to sign the paperwork. Everything was ready, and we were in and out in less than a half hour. I hope I don’t need to buy another care for a while; however, I would definitely buy another car from Derrick and highly recommend Williamsburg Kia to anyone.

We bought a used vehicle that had been on the lot for a couple months. They had a good story about a military guy who owned it, didn't want to get rid of it, but got stationed in Hawaii so he had no choice. Our salesman Mike Hines made us feel welcome and important during the selling process. That all changed the next day. It rained the day after we brought it home. The pull bar on the driver's side was streaming rainwater into the cab. When we removed the mat and pulled back the sopping wet carpet, we found rain had pooled 2" deep in the groove that holds the wiring next to the door. I immediately texted Mike Hines about the problem and emailed him photos. It took 2 days with 2 fans to dry it out. We realized the stuffy odor in the vehicle was not from sitting on the lot. It was from rain leaking into the cab. A little follow up on their story of the military guy proved them to be liars, and Mike Hines would not respond to my texts or emails. His attitude was, "It's not on my lot. It's not my problem." We live in NC, so it wasn't as easy as driving back over there to get results. We will buy many more vehicles, but we will never go back to Mike Hines or Williamsburg Kia.

We took the Labor Day weekend to take a trip to a Williamsburg, VA. On the way back from dinner on our last night, we drove past Williamsburg Auto. I had been raving about the new K900 and my husband stopped to see it in person. Well, the dealership did not have one on the lot, but advised they could get one. We live out of state, weren't really in the market, and just stopped on a whim. Literally, 2 1/2hrs later, my Honda Accord was being traded in for a 2014 Dodge Charger SXT. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!! Since we traded in my car, my husband decided to contact the dealership again and find me the perfect vehicle. Literally, 20 days later we were making the 300 mile drive from a Philadelphia to Williamsburg to purchase another vehicle. Michael Dye had a few vehicles placed aside for me to drive. 3hrs later we were driving off the lot in a 2015 Chrysler 200c. Again, BEST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!!! The folks here truly are invested in making their customers happy.

We happened to be in Williamsburg, VA when our Dodge van died. We had it towed to the dealership and we decided to look at used vehicles while we were there. The people at the dealership were extremely nice to us and our children. We spent almost four hours there test-driving a used Kia and then signing the papers. Williamsburg KIA's friendly service has continued even after we traveled back home to Kentucky.
